Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed espresso
- ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 6 egg yolks
- ¾ cup sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
- Combine the espresso and Baileys and set aside.
- Beat egg yolks and sugar together until pale and thick.
- Fold in mascarpone cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in the espresso-Baileys mixture and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer.
- Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
