  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in green onions, carrots, water chestnuts, tamari, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
