Veggie and Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • Lettuce
  • Whole grain bread

Instructions:

  1. Spread hummus on both slices of bread.
  2. Layer cucumber, tomato, and lettuce.
