  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and begin to brown.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir to combine.
  4. Gradually add vegetable broth and plant-based milk, stirring continuously.
  5. Add soy sauce and Dijon mustard, then let simmer until thickened.
  6. Serve over pasta or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
