  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Make four wells in the hash and crack an egg into each. Cover and cook until eggs are set to your liking.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
