  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup to form a dough.
  2. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a blender, blend dates, coconut cream, and sea salt until smooth.
  4. Spread the date caramel over the cooled crust.
  5. Pour melted dark chocolate over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate until set. Slice and serve.
