Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
- In a blender, blend dates, coconut cream, and sea salt until smooth.
- Spread the date caramel over the cooled crust.
- Pour melted dark chocolate over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate until set. Slice and serve.
