Mango Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 1 mango, diced

Instructions:

  1. Heat cream, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tbsp water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir gelatin into the cream mixture until dissolved.
  4. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. Serve with fresh mango on top.
