Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce (low-carb)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Pour marinara sauce over meatballs and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted.
