Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, grated
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (for topping)
- Toppings of your choice (vegetables, meats, etc.)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the grated cauliflower in a microwave for 4-5 minutes until soft. Let it cool and squeeze out excess moisture using a cheesecloth.
- In a bowl, combine cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
- Add pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
