Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh cherries with stems
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip cherries halfway into the chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
- Let the chocolate set in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
