Ingredients:
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 1 ball of fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and drizzle with olive oil.
- Layer the mozzarella, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on top, close the sandwich, and serve.
