Matcha Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine desiccated coconut, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix well until the mixture comes together.
  3. Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy as a quick dessert or snack.
