Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  2. Remove beef and add garlic, ginger, and broccoli to the pan. Sauté until tender.
  3. Return beef to the pan, add soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
