Vegan Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Marinate tofu in soy sauce, maple syrup, and garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook tofu until golden brown.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  4. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
