Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Marinate tofu in soy sauce, maple syrup, and garlic for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook tofu until golden brown.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
