Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 1 tsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
Instructions:
- Press and cube tofu, then marinate in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, and fry tofu until golden. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return tofu to the pan and mix everything. Serve with rice or noodles.
