Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Arrange quinoa, black beans, avocado, sweet potatoes, and broccoli in a bowl.
  2. Mix tahini with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the bowl.
