Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
