Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning and lemon slices.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until pink and opaque.
- Drain and chill the shrimp in an ice bath.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and salt.
- Serve the shrimp with the cocktail sauce.
