Quinoa and Black Bean Salad

  • 1/2 cup corn (optional)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, avocado, and corn.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
  3. Toss gently and serve chilled or at room temperature.
