Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small circles to fit in a mini muffin tin.
- Press the pastry circles into the muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, bacon, cheese, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the pastry cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the quiches are set and golden.
