Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- Champagne to top
- Ice
- Pineapple slice for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine vodka, pineapple juice, and triple sec in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
- Top with champagne and garnish with a pineapple slice.
This was a very good drink, although it was a little bit strong for my tastes! I was slightly disappointed because I expected a fruitier flavor, but it was still very enjoyable. If you don’t mind drinks that taste like alcohol, then this is the drink for you!
