Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool. Peel the eggs and halve them lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash them with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika. Serve chilled.
