Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet with olive oil. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese, chicken, and salsa.
  2. Top with another tortilla and cook until the cheese melts and the tortilla is golden brown.
  3. Flip and cook the other side.
  4. Serve with sour cream on the side.
