Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet with olive oil. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese, chicken, and salsa.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until the cheese melts and the tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
